Whether you are hosting a dance recital, a theatrical performance, a local concert, or a corporate summit, we ensure your performance is captured and presented perfectly. From high-end multi-camera video and pristine multi-track audio recording for student recitals to full-scale lighting and sound reinforcement for live shows, our team is equipped to support your vision.

Our Partnership Models

As your dedicated production vendor, we understand that different events require different financial approaches. That is why we offer two distinct pricing paths to best suit your organization's needs. Here is how our simple, transparent process works:

Step 1: Request a Custom Quote

Every project is unique. Our first step is to understand the scope of your production—from the number of cameras and audio channels needed to the technical requirements for lighting and sound.

Step 2: Choose Your Delivery & Payment Model

Once you receive your quote, you can choose between two primary paths for your event:

  • Option A: Direct Buyout (Pay in Full)
    Ideal for weddings, corporate events, and organizations that want complete control over distribution.
    With this traditional model, you pay a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final product. You receive full, unrestricted access to the high-resolution media to distribute, archive, or monetize however you see fit.
  • Option B: The Revenue Share Partnership
    Ideal for dance studios, theater companies, and ticketed events with large audiences.
    In this model, we act as your direct-to-consumer vendor. We handle the sales of digital access portals and physical media (like 4K USB drives) directly to your guests, parents, or attendees. Utilizing our state-of-the-art POS and ticketing systems, we can also optionally handle box office ticket sales, event concessions, and more! To help you succeed, we can also provide custom embeddable widgets for your website and promotional marketing materials to share with your audience.

Step 3: Revenue Reconciliation (For Option B)

If you choose the Revenue Share Partnership, the sales we generate from your guests are applied directly against your initial production quote.

Our goal is for the guest sales to entirely cover the cost of our production services. Once the event concludes and sales are tallied, the revenue split is applied to your quote. If the guest sales do not fully cover the quoted production cost, you are simply responsible for the remaining balance. This model allows us to offer premium technical services while drastically reducing—or completely eliminating—your out-of-pocket expenses.

Technical Production & Logistics Services

Beyond recording and capture, we offer comprehensive event support. This includes professional stage lighting design, live sound mixing, and reinforcement. Additionally, our inventory includes robust, state-of-the-art Point of Sale equipment, ensuring that whether you need pristine audio for a complex opera or a streamlined ticketing and concession flow at the front door, we have the hardware and expertise to execute it flawlessly.
